For this edition, Brian O’Connor from Brian’s Wines joins us for a relaxed guided tasting. We’ll be opening 4 to 5 wines across the evening, talking through the bottles, the producers, and the styles as we go. Expect a mix of easy drinkers, more left-field pours, and a few things you maybe haven’t tried before. Each booking includes a cheese board to share between two. Nothing too formal. No pressure to know your tasting notes. Just good wine, good company, and a laid-back evening around the table. You’re very welcome to stick around afterwards for another glass or two once the tasting wraps up.
