About
Bodega Clandestina is the natural wine project of Ferran Lacruz based in Sant Martí Sarroca in the Penedès region of Catalonia. Founded with the first vintage in 2018, Lacruz farms around 8 hectares of organically cultivated vineyards and works entirely outside the traditional appellation system. His wines focus on local grapes like Xarel·lo and are made with minimal intervention: spontaneous fermentation, no fining or filtration, and little or no added sulphur. The philosophy is to produce pure wines that reflect the landscape and Mediterranean climate of Penedès.
