About
Es d’Aqui is the natural wine project of Jean-Louis Pinto, based near Limoux in southern France. Originally starting as a micro-négoce in 2010, Pinto sourced grapes from organic and biodynamic vineyards and vinified them in a small cellar beneath his home. Over time he began acquiring his own vineyards while continuing to work with trusted growers. The wines are made with spontaneous fermentation and minimal cellar intervention, typically bottled without added sulphur.

A tiny-production sparkling wine from high-altitude vineyards in Limoux. Pale blush in the glass with crushed raspberry, pink grapefruit and a hint of pine forest. Bright citrus and mineral freshness on the palate. Elegant, precise, and beautifully balanced.
