La Vrille et le Papillon is a small natural wine domaine in Valvignères in the Ardèche. The estate farms organically and produces wines from varieties such as Grenache, Syrah and Grenache Blanc. Fermentations are carried out with native yeasts and the wines are bottled unfiltered and without added sulphur. The style emphasises freshness, drinkability and expressive fruit typical of the Ardèche’s volcanic and limestone soils.
