About
Samodia is a small natural wine producer based in the hills of Valsamoggia near Bologna. The winery works with traditional local grape varieties such as Albana, Montuni, Trebbiano and Lambrusco. Vineyards are farmed organically and the wines are produced with spontaneous fermentation and minimal cellar intervention. The style reflects the Emilia-Romagna tradition of vibrant, food-friendly wines with freshness and moderate alcohol.

Rosso
Valsamoggia, Emilia-Romagna, Italy
All the rustic charm of Emilia-Romagna reds, but with a light, nimble touch. Cherry stone and fresh strawberry from the Ancellotta, lifted by bright acidity and easy drinkability. A true vino da tavola.

Bianco
Valsamoggia, Emilia-Romagna, Italy
Fragrant and supple, with apple blossom and frangipane on the nose. Subtle salinity and dewy freshness through the finish. No skin contact this year, but still gently textured thanks to very old vines across three parcels in Valsamoggia.
