Blan d’Anzera
Macabeu with 10% Moscatel that begins fermenting on the skins for a week, before gentle pressing into buried amphora. Here we find the hallmark of Jordi’s work - a ripe fruit profile, with relatiely low alcohol(in this case 10.5%), and a breezy poise that speaks to his family’s centuries long stewardship off this old vineyard sites around the moutnains of Blancafort. A calcareous minerality is the edifice here, from which heady notes of fruits, herbs and spices shine.
