Refosco and Merlot from 30-year-old vines on sedimentary soils in Salgareda, Treviso. Fermentation on skins over 15 days, then ageing in stainless over winter. Peppery plum fruit and black cherry on the nose, with a hint of sappy spice. Fresh and alive, with a light phenolic grip. At just 10%, the perfect lunch or picnic wine. Best lightly chilled.
