Monastrell growing on limestone soils at approximately 450 masl. 4 days of skin contact followed by ageing over winter in steel. Vinified almost as a white wine, with very light extraction and gentle press. Verdant fruitiness on the nose and the cooling freshness of wet limestone. Bright fruity acidity and mineral density make this the perfect antidote to the Catalan sun. Light red.
