Es d’Aqui / Ariège, France
Muscat and Mauzac from sandy soils with limestone outcrops in Limoux. After whole-cluster maceration for 2 weeks, pressed into clay jars for 10 months élevage sur lie. A wonderful tension between fruit and acidity, with pithy tannins and a satisfying ocean breeze freshness. Orange wine.
